1. No charges per additional guest (maximum capacity of 12 people exceeding that amount is not allowed)
2. The entrance to the included facilities is solely and exclusively for the number of guests per reservation
3. Check-in 3:00pm
4. Check-out 10:00am-11:00am (if any unexpected inconvenience arises, it is necessary to communicate)
6. The pool area is covered with the required security fences and with the rules of use, it is important to review them before using it.
7. The use of stairs is necessary in a Town home with 2 floors, it is important to be careful when using it
8. The community rules are posted next to the License on the wall at the entrance and must be followed
9. We provide a code check-in service, part of its function is to record the area
10. The accommodation meets the established conditions and all the particulars exposed in the photos (rule #11 is a continuation of rule #10) 11. No charges for damage to accommodation in advance. Inspection, before and after your departure, will be carried out to ensure condition at the time of entry and exit (charges will be awarded for finding something broken, stained, etc.)

13. We are not responsible for any accident, illness or injury that may arise in Vacation Home or the facilities included. By accepting the reservation, all guests agree to assume the risk of using all the facilities
